Repairs
If you wish to send an item back for repair you MUST have a return authorization number. Any items returned WITHOUT a return authorization number will be shipped back immediately. To be issued a return authrization number please contact customer service at 877-382-6639. The return/ repair form is REQUIRED and can be found by clicking the link below. Once you send an item in for repairs it will be tested and we will contact you if a payment is needed.
If for some reason you receive a defective item please contact us IMMEDIATELY.Returns

We have a 7 day money back guaranteed policy on ALL QUALIFIED controllers. The controller will have to be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. There will be a 20% restocking fee plus shipping cost on all refunded purchases.
The following item are NON REFUNDABLE:
- Controllers with an “EXCLUSIVE ADD-ON” can’t be refunded under ANY circumstances.
- Exclusive add-ons are any modification EXCEPT rapid fire; drop shot, fast reload, jitter etc.
- Shells for controllers
- Rapid fire chips
- Custom designed controller. This will include any designs with logos, names and characters.
